About This Workshop
This intensive 2-day workshop is designed for practitioners who want practical, hands-on solutions for the most common dysfunctions affecting the lumbar spine, sacrum, and spine—including postural dysfunctions you see every day in practice.
You’ll learn a clear, structured approach to reducing tension, restoring movement, and creating lasting changes in your patients—using a system you can apply immediately in clinical practice.
This course focuses on real-world cases you see every day:
- Low back and sacral discomfort
- Spinal restrictions and movement limitations
- Postural strain from prolonged sitting
- Chronic pain, tension, and recurring pain patterns
Through live demonstrations and guided hands-on training, you’ll leave with techniques you can confidently integrate into your treatments.
A Practical, Hands-On Approach
This workshop is built around application—not theory.
You’ll spend the majority of your time practicing techniques designed to address:
- Muscle tension
- Fascial restrictions
- Movement limitations
- Postural dysfunctions from daily habits, prolonged sitting, and repetitive strain
Core Technique: Osteopathic Myofascia Reset (OMR)
At the core of this workshop is Osteopathic Myofascia Reset (OMR), a newly developed osteopathic technique designed to efficiently reduce muscle tension, enhance range of motion, and minimize physical strain on the practitioner.
OMR is especially effective for chronic pain, and it’s built around ease for both the patient and the practitioner—gentle and comfortable to receive, and sustainable on your body to deliver. That makes it a powerful addition to your hands-on treatment approach.
