Overview
This two-day, hands-on certification course teaches practitioners how to safely and effectively perform Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD). Under the instruction of Hiral Soni, RMO, participants will learn the foundations of lymphatic anatomy, drainage pathways, and clinical application for swelling, inflammation, post-operative care, and chronic conditions.
This course combines lecture, demonstration, and practical training with extensive hands-on practice to ensure competency in real clinical scenarios. Perfect for osteopathic practitioners, RMTs, physiotherapists, and manual therapists looking to add a high-demand skill to their practice.
What You Will Learn
MLD Level 1 (Day 1 – March 15)
Foundations & Core Techniques

Understanding the lymphatic system: structure, physiology & clinical relevance

Indications and contraindications for lymphatic drainage

Lymphatic territories, watersheds, and anastomoses

Core hands-on techniques (stationary circles, pumps, scoops, rotary techniques)

MLD Level 2 (Day 2 – March 16)
Advanced Clinical Application

Advanced drainage sequences and rhythm control

Post-surgical protocols (including cosmetic surgery, orthopedic surgery)
