About Course

🚨 New Dates Added — Oct 3–4 | North York

The July 18–19 workshop is nearly full, so we’ve added a second intensive this fall. Same hands-on training, same venue, a fresh chance to learn Osteopathic Myofascia Reset (OMR) before the year fills up.

This intensive 2-day workshop is designed for practitioners who want practical, hands-on solutions for the most common dysfunctions affecting the pelvis, lumbar spine, and hip complex. You’ll learn a clear, structured approach to reducing tension, restoring movement, and creating lasting changes in your patients — using a system you can apply immediately in clinical practice.

This course focuses on real-world cases you see every day:

  • Low back and pelvic discomfort
  • Hip restrictions and movement limitations
  • Postural strain from prolonged sitting
  • Chronic tension and recurring pain patterns

Through live demonstrations and guided hands-on training, you’ll leave with techniques you can confidently integrate into your treatments.

A Practical, Hands-On Approach

This workshop is built around application, not theory. You’ll spend the majority of your time practicing techniques designed to address muscle tension, fascial restrictions, movement limitations, and postural dysfunctions from daily habits and repetitive strain.

Core Technique

At the core of this workshop is Osteopathic Myofascia Reset (OMR), a newly developed osteopathic technique designed to efficiently reduce muscle tension, enhance range of motion, and minimize physical strain on the practitioner.

What You’ll Be Able to Treat

Pelvis, Lumbar Spine & Hip (Primary Focus)

  • Release deep muscular tension affecting the low back
  • Improve pelvic mobility and control
  • Address common lumbar and hip dysfunction patterns
  • Restore functional movement between the pelvis and spine

Thoracic Spine & Rib Cage

  • Improve thoracic mobility
  • Reduce upper back stiffness
  • Support better posture and movement efficiency

Neck & Shoulder

  • Release tension patterns related to postural strain
  • Improve mobility and reduce overload on the cervical region

Hands-On Learning Experience

The majority of your time is spent practicing and refining techniques in a structured, guided environment. You will:

  • Watch step-by-step demonstrations
  • Practice techniques with guided supervision
  • Learn efficient positioning and body mechanics
  • Build confidence applying techniques in real clinical scenarios

Why These Techniques Work in Practice

✔ Gentle and effective for patients ✔ Easy on the practitioner’s body ✔ Designed for real clinical use, not theory ✔ Quick to learn and apply ✔ A powerful upgrade to your current treatment approach
