This intensive one-day hands-on course is designed for manual therapy practitioners who want to confidently assess and treat temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction using safe, effective, and clinically applicable techniques.

The course blends concise theory with extensive practical application, guiding participants through TMJ anatomy, biomechanics, and common dysfunction patterns before progressing into detailed assessment, palpation, and treatment strategies. Emphasis is placed on recognizing compensation patterns, postural influences, and nervous system involvement in jaw-related pain and dysfunction.

Participants will gain hands-on experience with both external myofascial techniques for the jaw, face, neck, and cervical region, as well as intraoral TMJ release techniques, with clear instruction on hygiene, safety, communication, and client comfort. The day concludes with integration strategies, including breath and nervous system regulation to improve treatment outcomes and client compliance.

This course is highly practical and clinically focused, making it immediately applicable in real-world practice.
